Max and Sarah are having their stag and doe at “Le Cafe Deux”. They have been in love for two years and have decided to get married.

Although some would say that they are still teetering on the edge of their honeymoon phase where lust and love are blurred, they feel that they are ready to commit.

Until however, the oblivious Santa Clause and his wife, the super hot and lustful Misses Clause show up at “Le Cafe Deux” and she tries to make Max into her little Christmas Elf.

JAMIE

JENNIE

Jennie is a classically-trained singer, pianist, and composer, who has spent the past 25 years working as a director and performer throughout the Maritimes, with a focus on musicals and new Canadian theatre.

Jennie makes her home in Sackville, NB where she teaches and performs at Mount Allison University, directs and performs in touring productions, does the accounting for her church, spends time with her partner, cats, dog, and 10-year-old kiddo Megan, and (very) occasionally sleeps.

EVA

Eva Lucas (she/they) is a multidisciplinary theatre artist and absolute freak show based in Siknikt, Mi'kma'ki - the area colonially known as Tantramar, New Brunswick. She is so honoured and thrilled to return to McSweeney's for her sixth show!

When she's not crying over her fictional failing marriage at McSweeney's, Eva works across the province as a theatre educator and costume designer. She serves the boards of multiple artistic organizations, including Playwright's Atlantic Resource Center and CHMA.

Offstage, you can find her co-hosting a late-night radio show, carousing the aisles of a thrift store, solving sudoku puzzles, and spending time with the two loves of her life - her partner, Morgan, and her kitten, Tilly. Enjoy the show!

LAURA

New to McSweeney's, better late than never, Laura is overjoyed to be part of this production.

She has been part of numerous musical acts in the past, and has a hot passion for singing, entertaining, and honing her craft.

Self proclaimed kitty queen, and lover of the outdoors, you can often find her in a sunroom playing an acoustic guitar and singing her heart out.

Don't stop her now! She is ready to spread some joy, music and laughter with everyone.

BECCA

Back again, Becca is thrilled to be here for her 13th show. A wench by day, she has always loved performing arts and has found a little home here at McSweeney's.

As a sci-fi/fantasy enthusiast, she dabbles in various hobbies like modeling and loves playing dress up pretty much for any occasion.

You can find her jamming with The Vault, hanging out with her family and pets, or spending time with her dear friends. She's just a girl who's greatful to be on earth.

MIRREN

Mirren is both delighted and incredibly grateful to be returning for a 10th show with McSweeney's Dinner Theatre!

Mirren has been performing on (and off) stage since age 5 and, since moving to New Brunswick in 2015, has been involved in numerous local and touring productions.
When not haunting theatres, Mirren can typically be found playing video games, writing music, spontaneously rearranging furniture, reading, hooking rugs, styling wigs, cuddling cats, kvetching, and doodling in the margins of scripts.

Mirren would like to thank their parents, partner, and castmates, without whom none of this would be possible. Enjoy the show!
